Rude staff. Loudly complaining about me at front desk where others could hear. I was not rude. Just confused as to why I needed blood tests for a asthma appointment. When you make an appointment for allergy induced asthma and treated like a diseased leper. And moved to another room with a angry woman telling you to wear a mask. Every time I have a scheduled appointment to see Dr. Stokes, I show up, and they make me see the PA. I made my husband an appointment for the first time with Dr. Stokes. He showed up for his appointment, and they told him he would see the PA when he was scheduled for Dr. Stokes. Don't get me wrong, I am happy, but if we schedule an appointment with Dr. Stokes and end up with a PA, then maybe I need to find a real doctor to see us. Very disappointed that we never get who we are scheduled to see. I will not recommend him again... read more
I prefer his nurse practitioner, ms. April. She's awesome and all the ladies that work for George Stokes. He appears to be ready for retirement to me and maybe a little burned out as far as my treatment by him has been. That's my personal experience. Mediocre physician.
