My experience here was truly 10/10! From the moment I called to ask about appointments, the staff was so kind and even fit me in the same day. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly sweet and welcoming. 🥹 I usually get very anxious at the dentist, but my anxiety was handled with such care and patience here. Dr. Greer and his staff are so attentive to your needs as soon as you walk in the door. They truly care about their patients every step of the way. Extremely professional and exceptional care.
Very expensive; according to my insurance benefits statement, my out-of-pocket expense should have been $44.00 where in fact they charged me $378.00 and invoiced my insurance $185.00 for services rendered where $36.00 was paid out. In addition, an itemized invoice was not provided; only a credit card receipt.
