I had a walkway built by CDC in June, 2004 at a cost of approximately $20,000.00. In the December of 2005 the pavers heaved. We called and CDC and they came out to take a look that March and suggested that some drainage needed to be addressed. Why this was not addressed when they did the work initially is beyond me. They saw the terrain and I hired a "professional" landscaping company for this purpose. The following summer (2006) at a cost of approximately $5,000.00 which was never discussed until after the job was completed... read more
