Pleasantly surprised at how well the visit went. After a previous provider no longer billing insurance [ sending short notice prior to my appointment]; I really needed to see a new provider. Once I made the connection, the appointment turnaround was fairly quick. Another plus !![ A second practice booking out more than a year]. With my PCP, RHEUMATOLOGIST and another specialist urging me to see a dermatologist asap I left this office very relieved that I had come to the right place and my questions answered. I have been to other derm offices before, the wait time was always gruesome, but manageable. I was pleased that it was easy to get in and out. Their PA, a gentleman, unfortunately I forgot his name, but he was great! He addresses my concerns, explained options and his support staff had me in and out. Overall, I highly recommend this group!
All staff are great, knowledgeable and professional.
