Updated: While the original review remains true, after several appointments, for myself, elderly mother, husband and 2 children I find that the office lacks time management & follow through. I have been kept waiting in the lobby for up to 45 minutes after my scheduled time for nearly every appointment I have made since the initial one, for me and my family, which is quite frustrating. Terrible some Indian lady was cleaning my teeth and she was hurting me and spraying water all over my face and cloths
As someone who has worked in the dental field, I can promise you that this office is legit. I truly enjoy coming to the Contemporary as someone who was truly traumatized from past offices(I moved away for 4 years ☹️). I have referred multiple people in my life to this office and all have said amazing things after their visits. Their technology is very up to date and makes the cleaning process so much easier. Leaving this practice after 17 years. There is no concept of relationships with human beings when it comes to their office staff, specifically the office supervisor who insisted I pay in full for unfinished services. In the past, we were billed and used a HSA. They would not let me get billed, rather insisted I pay in full. I did to avoid the hassle. So, after 17 years, my on time payment history, loyalty and referrals I've given them holds no value and this is how I'm treated.
