Dr. Flores and the entire team are exceptional! From the moment you walk in, you can tell you’re in caring and knowledgeable hands.
For me, Dr. Shanard did things I would do for my own patients (I’m an RN): she leaves the numbing agent (lidocaine gel), in this case, on the gums, long enough to numb them up (do it’s job) before she sticks the (rest of the anesthetic) needle into the gums. She explains everything. She asks how you’re doing in the middle of the procedure. She makes sure you can swallow, and that you practice a few swallows when there is a rubber dam placement attached to your teeth. Very Nice dentist. Like them all!
I’ve been visiting the Contemporary Dental Arts and Dr. Shanard since I was a little kid. They have always been so nice and kind throughout every cleaning and filling, and there’s a super friendly and cute dog to greet you!
Great people, very knowledgeable. They had answers to all my questions about how everything is handled and how much things cost. Staff is very nice and they try hard to get everything done right.
