Our house was left in extremely poor condition, and we had to repaint everything—walls, ceilings, trims, cabinets—you name it. It was a huge burden, especially since painting wasn’t the only repair we had to tackle. Shane offered a very fair price and delivered a clean, professional job. The transformation is incredible—it doesn’t look anything like it did before! We’re so grateful for his work, which made it possible for us to complete our full renovation. Had the interior of my 3,000 sq' house redone, including trims, door frames & baseboards. The repaired moisture damaged trims & baseboards, filled every nail hole and left the house very clean. Shane was prompt with all communication, did the job as promised on time, on quote and the house looks like new again. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Shane Lee of Contemporary Coatings is wanted on fraud charges.Once a job is half done and a subcontractor realizes that he or she is not getting paid they leave the job site. From there on in the customer is in a lurch while one of his cohort criminal contacts (i.e. alternative company contacts) waltzes into save the day. In this fashion they play the customer and pocket the cash that was meant to go to the workers so as to finance their next jobs venture. This individual owes me money and has not paid. Stay clear.
