Excuse was that I did not respond to text he sent less than an hour before the appointment time asking me to confirm the appointment AGAIN. I did not see that message until 10 minutes before the appointment time, but I did reconfirm at that time. I had my Mastersuite, Kitchen pantry and 1st floor coat closet done over and I love my new space. Now I can see everything in my closet.
