I used to order from this company quite often. They’ve had my business and a lot of my money over the past 10+ years. I even had one custom charm made by them (which I will now no longer be ordering). Then I requested another custom charm. The piece was not turning out at all like expected. So I requested a refund of my deposit. There was NO AGREEMENT signed that said anything about the deposit being non-refundable. They refuse to issue a refund.
