RecommendedAfter being involved in a hit and run collision, I brought my Jeep to Contemporary to have repaired. I dropped it off on Monday, the 12th and by Thursday, they were calling to let know it was ready. so pleased with the end result and the customer service is top notch. They flat out lied to me. I brought my car in and they said it would take 3 weeks to get the parts in. I call 3.5 weeks later, they say "the parts should be here any day now". I wait another 1.5 weeks and call again, they then tell me they NEVER DID order any parts because they are "busy" and that it wouldn't be worth it to fix my car, and it should be "totaled out". State Farm totally disagreed and told me to go to another shop. I brought it somewhere else and it was fixed right away. This company obviously doesn't want bus... read more
