This person was excellent! This individual wrote very good English, was very professional and more importantly was very responsive to all my questions and inquiries within 24 hrs. This was our third time attempting to use them through Virgin Holidays, however they are always obstructive with requests, unless your willing to spend a lot more money. I would recommend people avoid them and book direct with property owners who have been verified and reviewed through places like HomeAway.
