Not a good place to live. I lived there for 2 years and it was a very unenjoyable place to be. Feral cats running all over the place peeing on your car and defecating in your flower beds, residents letting their dogs bark at you, and not taking care of their yards. Also new owners took over last July and raised the rent to $750 for new residents. And no security in there which is bad with all the druggies and homeless people walking around the neighborhood and in the park. I'm glad we left when we did.
