I only do the VIP room as the place is usually crowded which means a little excessive noise. I've only dealt with 2 technicians since coming here....Ivy does my feet and Brian does my nails. Ivy is AWESOME!! Because she's in the VIP room she doesn't have to rush to get to the next customer, she can take her time and really give my feet the attention they deserve. Brian is just a cheerful older man with a very calm demeanor. Not sure if I would come here if they weren't here.
