Came in for an American Leather sleeper sofa - Lily was incredibly kind and patient and walked me through all of the options. Great customer service, was able to reach her directly with any questions I had while researching options.
The store had many different styles of furniture and kiosks to look up an even broader array of options. The staff were helpful and communicative in the store.
Contempo furniture? I purchased a really nice mattress from them. No problem. But I have been trying to purchase a new sofa from this store. The delivery guys delivered the wrong item to me today. I ordered a sofa with a queen size pullout, they first brought me a sofa without the side end for putting my legs up. I got a reversible sleeper sectional sofa with storage chaise and a dining table for a great price. Let them know your budget and they have premium to affordable items. The sales person was very helpful and helped us with our decision making as well.
