I have been leaving an honest review of this company for days on their home website but they keep removing it. Stayed in 5 bedroom villa for 3 weeks. Pool cold despite paying hundreds of dollars for heating. Pool man said we tampered with it but each time he re set it the water remained cold. It was cold the day we arrived. When we found numerous faults with the villa, the staff took it upon themselves to pick on us relentlessly and didn’t help at all. Just found out company closed up we r out our deposit and now looking for another home for the month of February. After many attempts to contact them last week I called the Chamber of Commerce who confirmed my fears.
Rented a villa for 2 weeks. Clean. Large bedrooms and spaces for the family. Pool heated to a brilliant temperature. Wifi speedy, good facilities. Elects went off in ensuite, rung contempo and sorted the same afternoon. Aircon worked perfectly. Seen alot of people score 1 star but cannot workout why, obviously they had a bad experience and scored as low as they could??
