I bought a brand new property built by Contempo builder last year, there were a lot of quality problems like leaking issue due to construction quality problem , although they provide warranty through 2-10, unfortunately , they did not attach importance, as they closed service ticket without fully problem resolving, kept avoiding responsibility.

Edit: Homes are beautiful, but quality of the house material is cheap. I don’t feel like repairs are done in a timely manner.

Quality of the house is terrible. Builder does not make repairs even though it is covered in home warranty. Builder has no sense of urgency or care whatsoever. Buy from a different builder.

This builder has been terrible for anyone warranty related. I personally have warranty requests open from when my house was first built that have not been addressed. 2-10 has been awful at anything scheduling related and have only seem to be interested in covering for the builder. The builder also doesn’t investigate any of the issues and their fixes are surface level bandaids without any addition follow through if the fix doesn’t work. My new build house has had many issues with leaking water. Several of the windows were not sealed correctly. The paint quality is extremely poor as well
