We built a house in 2019/2020 and our builder used Contempa flooring. We have a large dog and wanted something that was going to be scratch resistant, so at the builder’s design center, they recommended the LVP as an upgrade, which in my opinion it was not. After 5 years of gapping issues throughout the house happening about every 6 months, whether it was a product flaw or installation flaw, Contempa decided they were going to replace our floors for us. This is the second time we have had Contempa conduct work for us. Both times have resulted in excellent results. The first time was for installation of carpet, floor tile, shower tile, and backsplash tile and most recently was for ledger stone installation on our homes entrance way wall. Excellent professional results.
