Bad customer service, not ethical, abusing customer confidence, not sticking to initial pricing
So very disappointed in my carpet from Contempa. We recently had carpet (Escape to Bali in a grey color) installed as part of a reno and the carpet has developed several wear patterns and "speed bumps" that require restretching. When I sent photos of the problem to Contempa it was suggested that I have the carpets steam cleaned. As I expected, there has been no improvement in the lay of the carpet.
