We built a house in 2019/2020 and our builder used Contempa flooring. We have a large dog and wanted something that was going to be scratch resistant, so at the builder’s design center, they recommended the LVP as an upgrade, which in my opinion it was not. After 5 years of gapping issues throughout the house happening about every 6 months, whether it was a product flaw or installation flaw, Contempa decided they were going to replace our floors for us.
