Owner was in the lobby new what was going to happen, walked when i walked in. Very irresponsible, made an appointment with enough time for them to reach and tell me my insurance did not approve exam. I showed up for them to say they tried contacting me to a wrong number.. name, number, script were given when appointment was requested. Horrible staff, no accountability, the attitude showed they could care less. Maybe this is why their waiting area was empty. Terrible experience. It's to bad the one star is must.
Very pleasant atmosphere. John, , Bonnie, a very nice receptionist ( wish I had her name),All were attentive, professional, and very warm. Bogdon did my X-rays and was gentle, personable, and quick. My experience was worth 5 stars.
Bonnie the receptionist was very helpful as was the technician who took the CT. Then Dr Conte came in and explained the results and reviewed from the disc. He pointed everything out and was as knowable as I remembered he was in 2002! Great guy!
Did not inform me that I was out of network, and proceeded to charge me thousands of dollars. Worst decision I ever made, this office is not out for anybody's health just bottom line.
Dr Conte took the time to explain my results in simple terms and helped me understand my diagnosis. Very caring clinician
