I stopped using this company because they charge outrageous amounts for travel time. THEY contacted ME to let me know that they were going to be in my neighborhood servicing other generators and would be willing to come by and service mine. I agreed, When I received my bill, they charged four hours of travel time (two guys in a truck for two hours). They did not split the travel time between all of the homeowners in the same neighborhood. They charged each homeowner the full amount.When I called to complain about the outrage... read more
