Ordering the shelves was easy. Just emailed in and received a quote quickly. Once we received the pallet with the brackets I noticed that the top bracket was bent and damaged. Since I was not here for the delivery and no-one noticed the damage the manufacturer would not pay for the new bracket. Keith jumped right in and sent a new bracket to us for free. The customer service was quick and easy. I will defiantly buy from them again.
