Been using this service for a couple years, it's a bit of a wait if you go when busy, I tried a few times and found the best time when there is no wait,.....,......,,
The Staff always keep the ba Pete isys nice and clean. There is always someone on available if you need to ask a question. Staff are always approachable, friendly & no questions are too small. I would recommend this containers for change as a friendly welcoming environment with a machine to dispense your money & a wash basin to clean up afterwards. I have been coming to the Upper Coomera depot for five years. Unfortunately there is a new temporary manager. She is extremely rude. Return It please give customer service courses to your managers. At the end of the day all businesses rely on repeat customers.
Clean and staff were very friendly.
