May want to tell the skinny bloke at the drop off to at least smile or even acknowledge the public when greeted. How in the hell did he get the job.
Clean, easy, often with staff ready to help and rarely (if ever) with any broken equipment. Bulk dropoff is available, and even little minigames in the app if you're keen. Thoughtful additions of recycling bins as you exit for any unaccepted items, and queueing room/pre-staging area for when it's exceptionally busy (generally caused by people not using bulk dropoff and choosing to donate multiple bags/boxes individually).
