I normally have a great experience there, but today was really disappointing time for me being abused verbally by a staff member leaving the premisses, then spinning his tyres out of the driveway as he left. How can I read peoples minds and know he had asked the driver to wait so he could get his car out? I never saw him approach the vehicle that was in front of me or see him get in his car. Great project, we did however have to queue for a while. Monday morning maybe not the best time to go.
Great to have the centre on the Island and normally the staff are fantastic. I have seen them assist customers, help some of the elderly get bags out of their cars. Just very friendly and helpful. Went on the weekend and the staff were more interested in their conversation with each other and flirting with one another than performing the number of tasks their job requires.
