I normally have a great experience there, but today was really disappointing time for me being abused verbally by a staff member leaving the premisses, then spinning his tyres out of the driveway as he left. How can I read peoples minds and know he had asked the driver to wait so he could get his car out? I never saw him approach the vehicle that was in front of me or see him get in his car.
