Horrible, arrogant and rude staff. Refused to take small cardboard boxes to recycle when it says on a sign we take cardboard boxes of a certain size…. I can recommend some places for basic customer service training if it helps.
Been going here for years now problems until today I counted I had $120 more glass beer bottles than ever new boy said $74 so I will now put 10 bottles in each bag and I'll inform them that I have so many bags at a $1 per bag make it easy for those that can't count really disappointing as I collect from a party with a 100 people out of pocket $50 due to some lame brain that can't count
Always had a great experience... sometimes counting is out.. but money back is helpful in today's cost of living!
Been there 3 times and short changed every time. It annoys me because the money goes into my sons bank. When i questioned it the 1st time laughing was the response. Unprofessional children.
