Always had a great experience... sometimes counting is out.. but money back is helpful in today's cost of living!
Been there 3 times and short changed every time. It annoys me because the money goes into my sons bank. When i questioned it the 1st time laughing was the response. Unprofessional children.
Services are changed here. Faced with a tub to wash and correlate my own load. Possibly good for small loads but not the service that it used to be. Utterly useless to a busy family and kids that save bottles to larger loads and dad takes them when he has a chance. No good bethania is miles away. Not cool guys you sold out to self serve like lots of businesses. Mine all go in the dump now.

Absolutely love this place! My 6 year old son collects cans for his pocket money and we have been over 15 times to trade in between 100-500 containers a go. Only once was the count just a couple of cans under which was corrected without any dramas. Don’t know what everyone is complaining about? I can only guess that all the people who have no issues never bother leaving reviews so that’s why bad reviews dominate here. Our experience has always been a good one.
