The items we ordered were damaged, and we had dead rodents arrive in the 2nd shipment at the Distribution Center. The customer service is rude at best, and from what I have read online they seem to be ignorant and prejudice as well.
It is unconscionable for a company such as this to support a hate proposition. I hope that everyone who believes the exorbitant amount of money they spent on this hateful proposition will boycott this store, here and nationwide - I know I will and so will my family and friends. Maybe the Container Store should contain their hate to itself. Of all the worthy causes to donate such a large sum of money in these dire economic times, that this company could do something like this is unbelievable. The Container Supply Co. Inc, contributed $250,000 towards the CA propostion 8. This prop that passed (for now) supports discrimination. I know I will NOT support a company that does not believe EVERYONE should have equal rights!!
