Fantastic family-owned business in the South Bend area!
While we were with them as a customer everything was fine. How ever, when we went to move strictly due to price, we have been promised for the last 3 weeks that we would have our dies returned to us. Four weeks later we still don’t have them and only they will be there by Friday. Just like we have been told for the last 3 Fridays still with no die. Now we are running out of boxes but they don’t care it is the holidays. We paid them within the 7 days the last time we received boxes but we do not receive the same respect in re... read more
