The whole experince of dealing with this oganisation was horrible. The agreed process changed several times and always in their favor. They were blaitantly unhelpfull. The container I purchaced ended up being flood damaged and they refused to take responcibility when called out on it.The fittings and constructon could also have been much better for the price. Jamie and his team built me a fantastic container home back in 2017. It's actually the "Proserpine" one that features on their website. It still turns heads and is still as good as new. They were excellent to deal with and I cannot recommend them and their product highly enough!
Make sure you get all answers to your expectations in writing BEFORE you pay the non refundable approximately $18k to do plans/basix/engineering. Which, alone is exorbitant. You will be promised that they will design or modify your plan to fit within your budget but what you will receive is far less than that. Waste of time. They ask you to send your contact details to never follow up or return you calls.
My local sporting club recently purchased the 40ft Amenities block. We required a customised setup with just toilets, our club members and visitors have commented on how clean, tidy and professional they are! Jamie was fantastic to deal with and very helpful, we plan to purchase another block for the club in the near future. Highly recommend!
