The customer service has not been great. I sent a few inquiries by email, but no one responded. I also called the office several times; o one answered the first two times, and when someone finally picked up on the third attempt, I was told I'd receive a follow-up. Unfortunately, no one got back to me. not sure if they are short staffed, don't care much about customers? or they are out of business? Can't recommend this company enough. We had a pretty rural delivery. Communication from start to finish was phenomenal. I connected with the driver to escort him into the property, we had a very tight space to fit it in and we assumed we would have to use our equipment to get it where it needed to go. This driver was beyond experienced and had no problem backing it into place and set it exactly where we needed it. Rusty and his team are the real deal. I saw one of The company trucks on the road. Called the phone number on the side and what do you know. Someone ANSWERED(Rusty)! Rusty was extremely prompt with providing me a quote and photos for a wind tight, water tight 20’ container. There was zero funny business. No up front 100% deposit like other company’s ask for. My company was in a bind and Rustin and Ana and the rest of the team at Container Alliance pulled out all strings to fast-track the delivery of my containers.
