The owner of Metro Air & Heat installed two AC units at my house over 6 years ago. When I was having a little problem recently, he came right out and tried to fix the problem on the first visit. However, it required more than one visit and he came twice inbetween the first visit and when he was able to get the part in to make sure my AC wasn't leaking in the ceiling to protect my house from any water damage. He goes above and beyond and is A+ in my book. He is the only AC person I will call in the future.
