Stay away! I canceled my service over year ago. Next thing I know I get a email saying Telus bought them out. And I owed them money. Called Contact security and complained. The accountant assured me the account is canceled. Next thing I know I get a email from Telus saying I owe them money again… I never signed a contract with them. But for some reason I have service with them again.. these guys are scammers. Stay far away
Stay away! They sold my alarm contract in February and NEVER EVEN TOLD US! Took my money, and Telus did not even have the correct numbers or email, so if we were broken into, no one could reach us. Horrible business practices, care nothing about customers!
Worst Service Ever. When we installed we explained what we needed but they upsold us on how many pads. We needed them to come out 2 times over all the years we have been with them. They were rude and agitated by the inconvenience. When the LED pads started to fail to show the writing, we asked if they could swap the never used ones, with the frequently used. We were willing to pay however we were met with excuses and annoyance, so we gave up. I phoned to cancel today and they explained that we would have to email in. Didn't ... read more
