I called Quality Radon Systems to replace a radon fan that was no longer working. James gave me a call back. He was friendly and diagnosed the proper replacement over the phone. When the fan came in, he re-contacted me to schedule a time to come out, despite having a very busy schedule. He was just as friendly and professional in person. I purchased a house in the Jonesborough area and found out later on that the radon levels in my basement were higher than recommended by EPA. I got two quotes prior to installing the radon mitigation system. The first quote was from another person who backed out when I asked him about his license/insurance/certification information after I didn't see his name in National Radon Safety Board certification database. Install has worked quite well, in the image you can see when the system was installed and the drop in radon, radon has averaged about 0.6 for the last few months. James worked with me to plan the install and route the radon system so it would be as out of the way as possible for future basement finishing
