We had James come to our house for radon remediation, which was a more complicated install as we had multiple sump systems which all allow radon to enter into the basement. That made it a little more expensive than a typical radon fan system, but I couldn't even find anyone else to come to this area of East Tennessee who does radon mitigation. James arrived on time, was professional, and took the time to make sure every aspect of the installation was done right. I called Quality Radon Systems to replace a radon fan that was no longer working. James gave me a call back. He was friendly and diagnosed the proper replacement over the phone. When the fan came in, he re-contacted me to schedule a time to come out, despite having a very busy schedule. He was just as friendly and professional in person. He replaced the part, took a look at the rest of the system, and made some future recommendations. There was no upsell, just an honest guy working hard and doing a great job.
