The company and the service as a whole has been very good. However, just had an issue with their automatic billing. Most companies who automatically bill you annually - insurance companies, Amazon, Sams, etc - notify you about a month prior to the next annual billing so that you 1.) are reminded 2.) can make changes if you like, 3.) can cancel. What a scam. I have been trying to cancel the service for 3 months now but they want me to return the equipment which I paid for. Big scammers stay away
