This dr is so disrespectful and unprofessional. He was rude to me he was rude to my daughter. He called her a lier 3 times and told me she's a lier and that's the only way to put it. My daughter is 9 years old. He was then rude to me because my lawyer kept calling me and my phone was on viberate. I than told him I have ignored the phone call but I'm not turning my phone off. So my over all experience was hell this man is an awful dr. I don't recommend him to anyone. He doesn't deserve that one star either.
I have never experienced such utter unprofessionalism in my life. We've been seeing him for 15 years! I don't know why I ended up going back to him because he is crazy..... he walks in and tells me to turn my phone off I just thought he meant to turn the volume off well I put it on vibrate and he tells my daughter to stop messing with his television and I was like, "what?" he then stepped on her foot and he yelled at her to put her foot down then he said to turn my phone off because of insurance laws....i thought I put my ph... read more
Outstanding Service! The doctor is extremely helpful and knows what he is doing. Office needs updating but staff and everyone there are really nice
I had a HORRIBLE experience with this doctor for my eye appt. His repoir (or lack of, rather) is quite lacking, as well as his knowledge and skill. I was also very uneasy being in his presence- something I couldn't quite put my finger on). It =gave me chills. I am a health care professional myself, and my husband an MD (whom he literally misdiagnosed around 13 yrs ago with an eye condition and almost was blinded as a result of it), and this is defiantely SUBSTANDARD customer service and capability. I recently had to take myself and my son in for our annual eye examination. Let me just say that from the moment we walked in the door and until we walked out we received the best of care. The entire staff was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. Thanks!
