I had a pre paid appointment with a confirmation with Marvin Chambers. When I arrived at the appointment the door was locked, I waited 15 minutes, called the office number which went to a recording waited another 15 minutes. No one ever showed up. I have called this business five times and never received a return call. Not very professional.

I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately my experience was not a positive one. I booked a session with Marvin through Groupon, and from the start, things felt off. He was running late, and the office had a strong mildew smell that made it hard to relax. I've had dozens on dozens, probably nearing a hundred massages by 20+ massage therapists and its not crazy to say Marvin might be the best I've experienced. I move a lot for work and am typically seeking a new MT every few months, and I struck gold immediately with Marvin. He listens to every need and addresses them amazingly, I couldn't recommend more.

Came in on a particularly bad day for my chronic neck/shoulder pain, and left feeling a lot better physically, but also with some optimism that I can make genuine and lasting improvements with Marvin’s services. I really felt listened to and that translated into the service. I will be back!
