I have had our ducted air conditioner serviced many times by other companies, but not one person resolved the issue. Mark attended our place, located, repaired and resolved the issue. Mark also advised us the best way of using our system ie by closing our study door air was redirected to the cold spots (our house is open plan with cathedral ceilings.
