Very friendly, allowed me to test out multiple bikes before purchasing and helped decide which was the best fit for me. Prompt with getting the bike in the shop and assembled after ordering.
I Have a fat tire moped style Ebike and needed some help in regards to both of my batteries. Long story short, Gerry and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the specs and how to run a diagnostic check.
