I file this complaint to alert and warn other consumers of the shady business practices of Consumers Energy Group Inc. so that they may avoid a similar fate. While a delivery/ free service agreement was entered into with Consumers Energy Group with good intensions, believing that I would receive as advertized a quality product [bio-fuel] and good service, I received neither.
