Very professional customer service. I am a shared branch customer. The only I have with Consumers is if you are a shared branch member, you have to conduct YOUR transactions inside Consumers branch only. We are not allowed to perform any of our transactions through their ATM nor their drive-thru. It's very inconvenient if you have a disability and have a difficult time getting in and out of the vehicle. Other than that, service is great.

They have been issuing me money for some time now but I was just refused cause you want your new employees to act like this is how you operate.
