I’ve never been treated so poorly than i was after i stopped working at CPCU. I recently closed my account with the credit union, because each time i entered the branch it became more and more uncomfortable. I felt that regardless of if I was an employee in the past or not, i should’ve been treated as a member, as that’s what I was. I felt as if there was no professionalism being shown whatsoever.
CPCU is such a great credit union! They go above and beyond to always make sure that my money is secure and will help me with whatever I need done. Aub has instant issued cards for me, Kailyn has helped me transfer funds that I needed that day for rent, and they all have made it easy to get my first car loan. The front staff is friendly and they all know the industry well.. They might not be the biggest CU but they are one of the best!
I could no longer take the mistakes and abusive customer service by its employees. A life time of banking (over 51 years) not to mention many loans. Not one bounced check or a late payment on a loan. I got treated like a criminal for wanting to simply deposit a check. I took that check and the rest of my money and opened an account in another bank. DO NOT BANK AT CPCU!
Just wanted to thank the girls at Eaton rapids for their great service. I now live in Lansing and really miss seeing them. Stopped in to see them on Monday on my way too battle creek and just wanted to say a big thank you.
These are the nicest people. Always courteous and willing to help with any issue.
