Had some issues with my taxes but they helped me, it was fast, the lady at the reception is kind and helpful. And also, they provide fast and efficient service.Will recommend for anyone trying to get their taxes done.
Stood outside and waited patiently as their sign stated. No one greeted me nothing. Opened the door after 15 minutes and both of the ladies are just sitting there talking, I asked if it was okay to come in? No comment made. I told them I was waiting outside.... They didn't seem to care, never greeted me, very rude people. I told them they should change their sign as people assume to follow the signs which says to wait outside to be let in... Run....The worst experience I ever had in Canada.. As a non-resident taxpayer, I trusted them for my tax return for the year 2018. I prepaid 800cad in advance and they did not pay attention in my case never.. After 2 years I begged them to help me to get my tax-return and they always lied that they pretending hard work.
