Trying to report a gas leak. When I called the number specifically for a gas leak, it took me to the same customer service line that I first called. When I finally got thru, they couldn't help me.

Remember, consumers makes over 5 BILLION dollars in profit yet wants another rate increase, monopolies like this should not even exist
My bill has over doubled in the last two years, my household has gone down in size and I have stopped using and unplugged my freezer and my computer. I've lowered my grocery shopping in exchange for paying more for utilities. The rate increases are pricing out your average incomes and no one from this company will address the issue.
