5 days without power... every day it's, "tomorrow a crew will be dispatched" and tomorrow never comes. This is ridiculous. All my neighbors have power, but we're still out. I get they have crews all over the state right now, I really do, but I haven't been able to do laundry or even use the bathroom at my home since Sunday and it's now Friday... Consumers either need to hire more people since they keep hiking rates, or go under since they can't service their customers in a timely manner.
They try to say the bill wasn’t paid when yes it was paid time to find another company that doesn’t try to get money out of people
On 5/24/2024 At little after 9am power went out in a very large area of Michigan our power was on by 11am thanks to the very hard workers at the power company thank you very much some really do appreciate the work you do 🫵🤘
Literally second worst company in the country, second only to Fedex.
