Been trying to get trees trimmed for years. They come out 3 times and put blue dots on trees over the years and the tree trimmers just drive by in there orange trucks just trimming the easy ones. We have complained several times. One man came out once with a limb saw and said he would be back with bigger equipment and never came back. You can see in pictures it’s been years! An absolute joke. I work in property management and handle new home setups regularly, so I’m unfortunately very familiar with Consumers’ ongoing issues. I won’t list every example, but right now I’m dealing with yet another situation that is completely unacceptable. I submitted the request for gas service two months ago. Electric was already active. Absolute bullshit we have 7 children in our household with several air quality alerts 3 in which of the children have severe asthma and use nebulizers and they shut our service off because the email they sent us we never received. So we went to their office submitted the paperwork and still have to wait 3 days in this with my children and their medical issues. All of this is being documented. 👍🏼 Mpsc will be notified.
This place sucks because they don't have a company in every city
Absolute crooks! $350 a month for electric and gas during the summer!!! Peak hours!!! Are you so ignorant that you think it's cheaper to run the A/C during parts of the day instead of maintaining temperature? This company is getting richer while leaving families to spend more for comfort. These are the highest bills we have seen to date! This is what happens when people who don't care about our country are in positions of power. Let's just keep hiking things up.
