We had a horrible ice storm and power was out all around the state. Consumers worked ALL NIGHT IN 30 MILE AN HOUR WINDS to restore power to my neighborhood! Power came back on at the crack of dawn. These guys are heros for working in such horrible weather conditions. THANK YOU, CONSUMERS!
Normally don't have much of an issue and in the past they've even helped me out finding a gas leak. But the no notice maintenance shutoff for the line when they're nearby and could have knocked on the door is some goofy nonsense.
Misannounced an outage in my area just to fix the wrong one and force me to report another outage, just for them to make me wait almost 24 ducking hours with no heat power or anything but they can fix the other ones no issue. It’s actually just crazy to me the amount of food and things gone because of their carelessness.
