It's OK. A few weeks back we had some unexpected and unexplainable power outages, but anyways, not bad. I read the other person's comment about the smart readers, and I will research that and edit this to show what I found. If your planning on moving into Michigan, plan on having this as your power company, unless the U. This is a horrible company that has a monopoly over everything. They are the only electric utility company in our area. I have no choice but to use them. They are installing smart meters in everyone's home without their consent. Do people know that these smart meters emit radio frequencies? People should research what effect these radio frequencies have on your body. Then, they are charging to uninstall the smart meters that they installed without telling you and charging you monthly for having a digital instead! Ridiculous!... read more
