So these idiots decided to cut the power on purposes today. It’s 15 degrees with negative windchill. I went out and ask the guy in his cms truck and he said because their contractor is trimming trees! Really …today? Ridiculous to cut power to houses, UNANNOUNCED for planned tree trimming. He wouldn’t identify himself or his supervisor. All this and we continue to pay more and more for their services. INSANE.
For almost three years I have been enrolled in autopay. The first two everything went as you might expect, I was billed once a month, near the beginning of the month and since I get paid once a month on the first that worked out perfectly. Every house on my street has been without power and unserviced for 17 hours, while suburban areas that have been down for 7, 8, or 9 hours are getting fixed before our area even gets a truck/crew assigned to fix the issue… there have been 11 areas that, according to your own map and website, went down well after ours did, and they all have crews assigned to fix the issues, so where’s the crew for my street?
