The tree guys, were excellent 👌👍. I reported my power outage, and they were quicker than I expected. I had power before nightfall. I live near edenville, second time I've seen this fella, and maybe it's the same crew of 3. Both times tho, they impressed me. Definitely the linemen / tree crew are the hardest working and dedicated people at consumer. Always tho, everyone I speak with at consumers is always courteous and most importantly competent. So these idiots decided to cut the power on purposes today. It’s 15 degrees with negative windchill. I went out and ask the guy in his cms truck and he said because their contractor is trimming trees! Really …today? Ridiculous to cut power to houses, UNANNOUNCED for planned tree trimming. He wouldn’t identify himself or his supervisor. All this and we continue to pay more and more for their services. INSANE.
For almost three years I have been enrolled in autopay. The first two everything went as you might expect, I was billed once a month, near the beginning of the month and since I get paid once a month on the first that worked out perfectly. This last Saturday I received an email from consumers stating first that they had been unable to process my payment, next section of the same email said my account is past due and I need to pay it by the 31st, and the final section of this email informed me that since it was in fact Novemb... read more
