Quite frankly at my whits ends with this company. Horrible customer service, they hang up on you when you have an issue and won’t answer your call, I’ve been on hold for an hour and a half. No answers they charged me an EXTREME amount for my electric the last 2 months and refuse to give me answers on my own account.
This greedy company has a monopoly on energy service so there's no incentive for them to keep their costs low to retain customers. There is no other option for energy so folks are forced to pay whatever this company feels like charging, and costs just keep increasing.
Very unorganized dispatch center as far as response to downed power lines. Absolutely ridiculous
I now make my payments here. There's rarely a wait time. The office person is professional and prompt at processing the payment.
