Very unorganized dispatch center as far as response to downed power lines. Absolutely ridiculous
I now make my payments here. There's rarely a wait time. The office person is professional and prompt at processing the payment.
How can an electric company deny service for a previous tenants unpaid balance when the person no longer lives at the address?! We have a valid lease ,but because the owner has an unpaid balance we have to go without electricity in December with temps below freezing? It's criminal and inhumane!
Zero stars. This company refuses to trim trees in a timely manner, and now I'm sitting at home with no power. And I always have outages multiple times a year, sometimes for multiple days. This is the worst and most unreliable power company of any other state I have lived in.
