My electric bill went up by about $100 within the last year, this time last year my bill was $86, now my bill is $182. This company doesn't know what its doing and just assigns numbers how they feel. I've spent the last month reducing energy consumption due to these higher bills and to my suprise, even with energy reducing methods, my electric bill increased this month. Hastings Office has been closed since 2002 and still listed as a payment center!! You'd think that they rip us off enough to be able to afford to update things like that!! But it's really no surprise!! CONsumers is a joke
Consumers will give you a million excuses why they refuse to clean up the mess they make in your yard when they "trim" your neighbors trees down to the ground and leave half the brush in your yard. These trees have snapped wires regularly. Thanks, Consumers, for the additional burden and cost it will require to clean up YOUR mess.
