Reporting, multiple charges for distribution on one bill every bill something isn't right!! Class action for vsn Buren and Kalamazoo coming soon by the looks of it. Plus electric is always off for no reason with no discount!
I've lived in many states, used many different "power companies"...Consumers is by far the worst...first "estimate" to restore power(on July 3rd) was 6 hours...4 hours later, changed to July 5 at noon, due to "storm damage"...which was nowhere to be seen...thanks for letting me celebrate the 4th of July (the Nation's 250 anniversary) in the dark. Do better.
Hiking up prices every year but the power outages are more frequent and longer. Just a scam from top to bottom. Socialize energy…utilities that people rely on for living shouldn’t be in the hands of commercial companies.
Twice their work crews have severed the internet optical cable for my house. The first time in late September last year when they dug a hole in front of my house to install a new utility pole. The second time was yesterday when a crew came and removed the old utility pole.
