Price gouging broken poles support cables laying around this company is a joke my kilawatts used is $70 worth but after all the charges they put on it’s over 200 I’ve lived many places never have I seems some BS like this they should be sued summertime will almost break so many people because of these charges they throw on top of your electric bill it’s insane

Been waiting over 24hrs for them to reconnect my power after having to pay out of pocket for an electrician to repair damage caused by their pole ripping the wires & mount out of my house wall! I lose power every time there's a semi-major storm. In spite of their continuous rate hikes, consumers can't seem to find the time to do preventative maintenance on any of the power lines in my area. Tree trimming, pole replacement, etc., seem to be unimportant to them until the power is out. Their website is obscenely inaccurate as far as restoration times and often says power has been restored when it hasn't.
