Tap for ATM machines are horrible. I’ve only was able to access cash once and never again. Why even have tap option if it’s not accessible
New Lobby nice but offers zero privacy for transactions while at walk up desk. You can hear everyone's conversations.
Terrible customer service and acts like a big bank. Just go to a big bank for better services and online tools with the same costs.
